I completed a Scrum Master certification through Udemy because I was genuinely curious about Scrum and agile concepts and how they work in practice. As I became more involved in AI and product-focused projects, I wanted to better understand sprints, backlogs, and team dynamics from a structured perspective. It gave me a clearer view of how agile frameworks help teams move faster while staying aligned.
